From Site Visit to Handover: How a BestFloor Project Works in Dubai

A BestFloor project in Dubai follows four clear steps: WhatsApp inquiry, free site visit with samples, install and finish, then handover. The same path covers waterproof SPC flooring and custom joinery such as TV walls, wardrobes, cabinets and bedroom feature walls. BestFloor is German-managed.

Step 1: WhatsApp inquiry

Share your villa or apartment details and whether you need floors, custom joinery, or both. Photos of floors and feature walls help. For SPC only, you can also run an indicative range on the cost calculator before you message.

What to send:

• Community or area in Dubai (or Abu Dhabi)
• Approximate floor area in sq ft, if known
• Photos of current floors and any walls you want upgraded
• Whether stairs, a TV wall, wardrobes or a bedroom back wall are in scope

Step 2: Site visit with samples

We come to you, measure on site and bring samples so you can decide with the real space in front of you. If the building needs an NOC, we help with the application. See the NOC guide.

On the visit we typically:

• Measure rooms, stairs and door clearances for flooring
• Check tile condition for over-tile SPC installs
• Discuss plank colour, thickness and pattern (straight, herringbone, chevron)
• Measure walls for joinery and discuss finishes
• Confirm a quote path for floors and for joinery (joinery is always after measurement)

Bedroom headboard feature walls typically range AED 2,800 to 5,000 depending on design and material. Other joinery is quoted individually.

Step 3: Install and finish

SPC floors with matching skirting and stairs, plus custom joinery fitted to the same standard. Once the subfloor is ready, a typical 1 bedroom apartment installs in about a day. A villa around 2,150 sq ft usually takes 2 to 3 days for flooring. Joinery follows its own fabrication and fit schedule after design is agreed.

Practical notes:

• Floors usually go over existing tiles when they are sound (flooring over tiles)
• Doors that would rub after the new thickness are trimmed as part of flooring jobs
• Furniture is moved as agreed for the rooms being worked
• Floors and joinery colour can be coordinated when both are in the same project

Step 4: Handover

Walkthrough at handover so you can check finished rooms with us. SPC floors include the 20-year limited residential manufacturer warranty from Ecofloor and BestFloor's 2-year installation warranty on workmanship.

How long does the whole journey take?

The visit and quote can happen quickly after your WhatsApp message; install dates depend on approvals, material lead times and site access. Flooring install itself is short once the date is set. Joinery fabrication time depends on the design. We confirm timelines on the site visit.
