What we collect

• Contact details you share (name, phone number, community or area, project notes).
• WhatsApp messages, photos of rooms or floors, and replies you send to +971 58 671 8066.
• Basic technical data when you browse bestfloor.ae (pages viewed, device type), used to improve the site.

How we use WhatsApp chat data

When you message BestFloor on WhatsApp, we use that conversation to:

• Answer questions about SPC floors, joinery, and pricing.
• Collect project details (area, community, photos) so we can prepare a quote.
• Arrange a free site visit with samples through our team or site manager.
• Keep a record of the lead in our admin inbox so we can follow up.

An automated assistant may reply first. If a person from BestFloor replies from the WhatsApp Business app, the assistant pauses for that chat so you speak with a human. We do not sell your chat content or contact details.

Sharing

We may share project details with our site manager or install partners only to schedule visits and deliver the work you requested. Messaging runs through WhatsApp and our WhatsApp Business API provider (360dialog / Meta). Those platforms process messages under their own terms.

Retention

We keep WhatsApp lead and chat records as long as needed to quote, schedule, and support your project, then for a reasonable period for follow-up and business records unless you ask us to delete them sooner where the law allows.
