SPC runs throughout the living areas, bedrooms, kitchen and maid's room, with full stair cladding and white skirting that follows the stairs. The planks were laid directly over the existing tiles. Bathrooms were left tiled. The outdoor garage was not floored.

The floored area is about 200 to 220 m², estimated from Majid Al Futtaim Aura floor plans. The install ran over 2 to 3 days. SPC is scratch-resistant (confirmed with our supplier).
